Organisational StrategyMaccabi GB

Mobilise supported Maccabi GB to review and develop their organisational strategy. The work started slowly so that we could gather insight from their key audiences and was followed by supporting the Board and senior team develop clearer Vision, Mission and Values that helped bring together the suite of activities the organisation delivers into a coherent whole.   We ran a series of workshops with the management team and the Board of Maccabi GB and supported them develop strategic objectives for the change they wished to see going forward together with action plan for delivery that was coproduced with Mobilise, the management team and the Board. This was critical to the process as the strategy reflects the ambitions of the Maccabi GB team and the board who really understand what might be possible in the future given Maccabi’s strengths, resources, and experience. Finally, we supported Maccabi understand the impact of their work, capturing the essence of this in a Theory of Change. Maccabi’s ambitions for growth in the future are impressive and we look forward to checking in with them as the work progresses.
