Evaluation of Improving Neighbourhoods ProgrammeBorough Council of King's Lynn & West Norfolk

The West Norfolk Partnership commissioned Mobilise to evaluate the Improving Neighbourhoods Programme funded via the Local Area Agreement. The evaluation comprised of an assessment of overall progress against the original action plan, an assessment of the programme’s impact upon the quality of life across the five neighbourhoods, an assessment of governance and leadership arrangements including the contribution of the West Norfolk Partnership, recommendations for future action planning, mainstreaming and rolling out of approach within the context of a Local Government Review and a proposal for the framework for the final evaluation of the programme.
