Sounddelivery is a charity that supports individuals with lived experience to create a fairer, more equitable society for their communities. They do this through training and equipping them with the necessary tools to become a network of media confident leaders, with increased skills and visibility which enables them to influence policy and practice. Mobilise has been supporting Sounddelivery Media since they founded as a charity 3 years ago, giving strategic oversight to their Spokesperson Network evaluation – their Pilot Programme report can be found here. This involved conducting focus groups, interviews and reviewing existing tools. More recently, Mobilise has been assisting Sounddelivery develop a Theory of Change and an evaluation framework which can be applied to the 4 main programmes which make up Sounddelivery’s work, as well as across the organisation as a whole. This is especially important to Sounddelivery as it helps to track and monitor the ‘ripple effect’ from their work and demonstrates their impact to funders which will continue the great work that they do.
