Mobilise was a ‘relationship manager’ on the Our Place programme DCLG’s successor to neighbourhood community budgets. We have offered strategic support and advice, taking partnerships through the process of service redesign, and undertaking technical cost benefit analysis using the Cabinet Office/New Economy approved model. The focus of the work varies in each place but have included new approaches to financial exclusion, town centre noise nuisance, and bringing new ways of working around young people, skills and arts.
