Community Evaluator ProgrammeRoyal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) commissioned Mobilise to support them with a community evaluators programme. This put residents and service users at the forefront of the evaluation of opportunities for local decision-making and engagement activities in the borough.  Mobilise recruited and trained 11 residents as community evaluators, these evaluators attended local meetings and events, making contact with services and reviewing engagement opportunities. Mobilise collected and analysed feedback, helping to improve engagement opportunities in RBKC and shaping local decision-making opportunities and engagement activities in the borough.
