Sounddelivery Media is a charity that supports individuals with lived experience to create a fairer, more equitable society for their communities. They do this through training that equips them with the necessary tools to become a network of media confident leaders, with increased skills and visibility to influence policy and practice.
We reviewed existing tools and conducted a series of surveys, focus groups and interviews with participants of Sounddelivery’s programmes.
The Project
We were asked to support Sounddelivery Media, a newly registered charity in 2020, with a strategic framework and independent evaluation for their programmes.
Our Approach
Mobilise assisted Sounddelivery to develop a Theory of Change and Evaluation framework that can be applied across the organisation. The Theory of Change shows how resources and activities are designed to deliver the outcomes and impacts the organisation aims to deliver. The Monitoring and Evaluation framework sets out Sound Delivery’s strategic objectives and the data that will be monitored to evaluate their programmes.
Mobilise also provided an evaluation focusing on the four main programmes that make up Sounddelivery work. We reviewed existing tools and conducted a series of surveys, focus groups and interviews with participants of Sounddelivery’s programmes. Mobilise compiled the research findings into a high quality report, analysing extensive qualitative and quantitative data and providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Impact
Our work with Sounddelivery has supported them to track and monitor the ‘ripple effect’ from their work, learn and adjust their programmes based on feedback, and demonstrate their impact to funders and trustees.
