Whole Place PilotsCheshire West and Chester

Working with the University of Manchester, Mobilise was commissioned to work on Cheshire West and Chester’s Whole Place pilot, part of the Local Government Association’s (LGA) Whole Place Community Budget programme.  As a part of this Cheshire West and Chester Council began devising an approach to locality working, initiating 5 pilot areas in the development of good practice and a handbook.  Mobilise supported the pilots in Frodsham and Swanlow & Dene bringing partners together, supporting them work out their ‘asks’ of local working, and contributing to the emerging handbook.
