Mobilise was commissioned by Swale Borough Council, along with Swale Community and Voluntary Services, to deliver community services on their behalf. Mobilise delivered community services on behalf of Swale on the Isle of Sheppey, appointing staff, supporting community organisations and developing local capacity. We supported the recruitment of trustees to community groups, who were taking over community assets. We delivered ‘Pitch Perfect’ a programme to support community and voluntary organisations to become commission ready. Finally, we devised a new approach for Swale, Localism Live, that engaged elected Councillors in leading partnership and problem solving work in their local areas.
